Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is soliciting bids from suppliers holding a valid Supply Arrangement under PSPC's Software as a Service (SaaS) Supply Arrangement for the provision of a Supplier Collaboration and Digital Marketplace Solution in support of DND's Defence Drone Initiative. This requirement is subject to PN-157 Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and the Setting of Reduction Targets. This requirement is subject to the Reciprocal Procurement Policy.
