A Supply Arrangement is being established to develop a list of pre-qualified contractors to supply heavy construction equipment rental complete with operators for the various locations of CFB Halifax. The work included in this requirement includes but will not be limited to heavy construction equipment rental, qualified heavy construction equipment operators as needed, removal and disposal of contaminated soil, provision of various types of backfill, capacity to perform minor asphalt and concrete work repairs, and clean up.
