Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is establishing a Supply Arrangement for asphalt paving and repair sevices on behalf of the Department of Nation Defence (DND). Work under this Supply Arrangement includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary for the performance of maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems, including new installations and upgrades carried out as projects, and the provision of all services identified in this specification at various locations throughout CFB Halifax.
